What’s up Doc??

Ken Rubin’s Macintosh offers an on-site troubleshooting, help & repair service for home and business. I specialize in the Macintosh computers well as the iPhone/iPad handheld devices. I can help with basic Windows issues as well. No location in the SoCal area is out of reach by car or phone. My on-site service reaches as far Mission Viejo and even Las Vegas. When using remote access technology, anywhere in the USA is my local area network.

So, what do you do when your computer starts acting strangely? Your system is sluggish. Maybe the printer fails to print or your network fails to connect? Malware!! Of course, there is the ever-present Apple Store, but you can’t always take your network to the mall or your printer to The Genius Bar. (By the way, those guys at Apple are corporately trained, often providing marginal service. But I digress). What you can do is call Ken Rubin’s Macintosh, a Computer Doctor of sorts, and I will come to your house or office and examine the problem in its entirety…right where it sits. If the problem can be repaired on site I will fix it for you, and with minimal interruption to your day.

For those difficult problems that require additional diagnostics, you have the option of letting me take the problematic piece of equipment to my facility where I can put more time into solving the problem. For that elusive resolution, researching a known problem is part of my job. Often the answer comes to you in a free, follow-up phone call. Or I might even suggest an alternative source for repair. My responsibility is to get your problem behind you in the most efficient way possible. I won’t let you down.

The bottom line, as an independent consultant I work along side and for my clients. I take an interest in the outcome of the trust shown in me by being invited into your home. It’s just you and me.

First hour: $130. Second hour: $100.
